Meet the Team
Petter Vaagenes, DO
Dr. Vaagenes was born and raised in Oslo, Norway. An avid sports fan, he was a competitive soccer player from a young age and earned an athletic scholarship to Mt. Vernon Nazarene University where he played collegiately for four years. He attended medical school at The Ohio State University (2002-2006) and immediately followed that with a very prestigious “Emergency Medicine Residency” with Ohio Health (2006-2010). In 2015 he helped found and build “Signature Care Emergency Centers” which has since grown to over 21 ER’s throughout Texas, where he serves as the Medical Director. In his free time he’s a huge Ohio State fan, follows a strict workout regimen and is both well versed and passionate about new evolutions in anti-aging therapeutics and overall wellness management.
Kerie Vaagenes, RN
After receiving my BSN at Chamberlain University, I worked as an ER nurse for 16 years. 5 years ago I began my journey as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector and fell in love with the impact it had on my patients self-esteem and image. I love making people feel like the best version of themselves, while creating relationships with my clients and making them feel more like family. The world of Aesthetics is ever changing and continues to become more and more exciting. I’ve grown passionate about continuing education, and advanced training has allowed me to offer the latest techniques and advanced procedures to my clients.
Danielle Perkins, RN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector and HRT Specialist
Danielle Perkins is a dedicated Registered Nurse with 12 years of experience in the healthcare field. For the past five years, she has specialized in aesthetics, following a successful career in perioperative care. As an aesthetic nurse, Danielle excels in curating multidisciplinary approaches to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Her expertise includes injectables, lasers, and personalized skincare regimens, ensuring comprehensive and tailored treatments for each individual. With her extensive background in nursing and her passion for aesthetics, Danielle brings a unique blend of medical knowledge and artistic vision to her practice. She is committed to staying at the forefront of the latest techniques and technologies in the field of aesthetic medicine. Outside of her professional life, Danielle cherishes time spent with her husband Rick and their five children, balancing her thriving career with a rich family life.
Ramona Bletz, CLHRP
Medical Esthetician and Skin Wellness Specialist
Ramona Bletz is a highly sought-after Cosmetic Therapist and Certified Laser Hair Removal Professional (CLHRP) with over a decade of experience in advanced aesthetics. Trained at the Aveda Institute and the Cosmetic Therapy Training Center, she brings a refined blend of clinical expertise and elevated artistry to every service she performs.
Specializing in permanent hair removal, advanced skin treatments, customized facials, body contouring, and expertly tailored lash and brow services, Ramona is known for delivering transformative, results-driven care. She is especially passionate about working with acne patients, creating thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that restore both skin health and self-confidence.
Ramona also has a true passion for designing customized skincare regimens using medical-grade product lines, ensuring her clients
achieve and maintain optimal results well beyond the treatment room. Her approach is both strategic and indulgent, pairing advanced technology with carefully selected products to support long-term skin health.

Elliana Nelson
Patient Care Coordinator
Elliana is a marketing student with a strong passion for social media and client relations. Since joining Reverse in September, Elliana has gained hands-on experience managing the front desk, fostering positive client experiences, and supporting brand growth through meaningful interactions. She’s dedicated to combining marketing knowledge with her love for communication to build lasting connections and represent Reverse Aesthetics with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Dina Picano
Dina brings a unique blend of aesthetic industry experience and luxury brand expertise to her role as Office Manager.
Since 2020, she has been an integral part of the aesthetic and plastic surgery field, initially serving as a patient care coordinator. This position allowed her to develop a deep understanding of client needs and the intricacies of the industry. Prior to her transition into aesthetics, Dina honed her eye for detail and excellence as a visual director for luxury brands. This background enhances her ability to create a premium experience for our clients and maintain the high standards of our practice. Dina’s combined experience in customer relations and visual presentation makes her an invaluable asset to our team. She ensures smooth daily operations while contributing to the overall aesthetic and atmosphere of our practice. Outside of work, Dina cherishes quality time with her family, including her husband Steve and their daughter Kyla.
