Dr. Vaagenes was born and raised in Oslo, Norway. An avid sports fan, he was a competitive soccer player from a young age and earned an athletic scholarship to Mt. Vernon Nazarene University where he played collegiately for four years. He attended medical school at The Ohio State University (2002-2006) and immediately followed that with a very prestigious “Emergency Medicine Residency” with Ohio Health (2006-2010). In 2015 he helped found and build “Signature Care Emergency Centers” which has since grown to over 21 ER’s throughout Texas, where he serves as the Medical Director. In his free time he’s a huge Ohio State fan, follows a strict workout regimen and is both well versed and passionate about new evolutions in anti-aging therapeutics and overall wellness management.
After receiving my BSN at Chamberlain University, I worked as an ER nurse for 16 years. 5 years ago I began my journey as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector and fell in love with the impact it had on my patients self-esteem and image. I love making people feel like the best version of themselves, while creating relationships with my clients and making them feel more like family. The world of Aesthetics is ever changing and continues to become more and more exciting. I’ve grown passionate about continuing education, and advanced training has allowed me to offer the latest techniques and advanced procedures to my clients.

Leslie graduated from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2012 with her BSN. For the last 10 years she has worked in inpatient rehab as well as the ER at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. She has since found her passion in Aesthetic Medicine and has been a cosmetic injector for over 7 years. Leslie specializes in wrinkle relaxers, facial fillers, RF Microneedling and skin care. She is continuously learning advanced treatments and techniques to strengthen her aesthetic skill set. She prides herself on her attention to detail, enjoys getting to know her clients and strives to enhance their overall natural beauty.
Reanna is a nationally board-certified and state of Ohio certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) with 8 years of medical experience, specializing in lip and cheek fillers, under eye fillers, wrinkle relaxers and PDO threads. Reanna also has experience with RF Microneedling including Morpheus8, IPL lasers, PRP and PRF, and Sculptra. Reanna continues to educate herself and is also a mentor and educator for new injectors.
Reanna loves her clients and is passionate about building relationships and friendships with the people that entrust her with their beauty and health needs. Katy is enthusiastic about all things aesthetics and specializes in lasers here at Reverse Aesthetics. She graduated from Walden University in 2019 and has worked as a palliative NP ever since. Prior to this Katy was a RN in the ICU for over 6 years. In her free time she enjoys traveling, exercise, food and spending time with family and friends.
As a licensed esthetician with 3 years of experience, Gianna dedicated to helping her clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin. She specializes in facials, chemical peels, and lash lifts.
She received her esthetics training from Aveda Institute and has continued to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques through ongoing education and training.
